The “NAI” organization called for the transfer of Afghan journalists from Iran to a third country

The Afghan Independent Media Support Organization (NAI), expressing concern about the situation of Afghan journalists living in Iran, called for their immediate transfer to a third country.

The organization announced in a statement on Tuesday that Afghan journalists in Iran are facing increasing threats, including the risk of Israeli missile attacks and an increasing negative atmosphere against Afghan immigrants in the country.

“Ney” has called on the United Nations and international human rights organizations to provide the safe transfer of these journalists.

The statement states that the return of these individuals to Afghanistan is fraught with serious risks to their security and lives due to the Taliban’s rule.

This request comes at a time when, according to news sources, at least two Afghan citizens have died in recent Israeli attacks on Iranian soil.

After the Taliban returned to power in 1400, a number of Afghan journalists have sought refuge in neighboring countries, including Iran, to save their lives.
