Taliban shoot young man in Kapisa for playing PUBG.

Local sources in Kapisa province say that Taliban fighters shot a young man four days ago in the village of Diristan, the provincial capital, for playing PUBG.

According to the sources, the victim was named “Jalal” and had gone to a high area near his home to play due to poor internet. After approaching him, the Taliban demanded his mobile phone, but Jalal refused to do so because the group banned the game and was then shot.

Another source said that after witnessing the scene, Jalal’s brother tried to shoot the Taliban with a hunting rifle, but he was wounded in the leg and then detained by them.

The source added that two other young men were shot by the Taliban in the same area last year.
