The body of a man named Nasir Ahmad was found in Katwaz district of Paktika province five days after he was abducted, local sources said.
According to sources, Nasir Ahmad, a resident of Sarwaza district, was abducted along with his car by unidentified gunmen. His body was found on Monday (August 18) in the Kharlandi area;
According to sources, his body was found brutally stabbed to death.
Sources said the kidnappers also took away his white folder car.
The incident comes as thefts and kidnappings have increased in Paktika in recent weeks, despite the Taliban’s repeated talk of ensuring security in the country.
