Afghan activists in the US: We are fighting unarmed for social justice.
A group of Afghan political and civil activists living in the United States have announced that they have established a new movement called “Peace and Freedom.”
The movement launched on Saturday, September 15, and its main goal is to strengthen the voice of youth and anti-Taliban forces at the national and international levels.
According to the members, the “Peace and Freedom Movement” will work to achieve social justice and fight unarmed injustices in Afghanistan.
They have also said that representatives of this movement are also set to be established in Germany and Iran soon.
Members of this movement emphasize that its key goals include raising awareness among the international community about the situation in Afghanistan, documenting human rights violations by the Taliban, and mobilizing youth for organized and justice-seeking movements.
