The border clashes between the Taliban and Pakistani forces in the south and east of the country are intensifying moment by moment.
According to sources close to the Taliban’s defense structure, the fighting has begun in Zabul province and the Badini region of Pakistan’s Balochistan province and is currently continuing at several border points.
Taliban sources say that these clashes are part of a “military response” to recent Pakistani attacks and are taking place in the border areas of Paktia, Paktika, Khost, Helmand and Nangarhar.
According to these sources, dozens of Pakistani soldiers have been killed and wounded as a result of these operations.
A statement from security sources said that during the fighting, several Pakistani military installations and bases were destroyed and some of their military vehicles and equipment fell into the hands of Taliban forces.
Reports indicate that border tensions between the two countries have increased to an unprecedented level after Pakistan’s recent airstrikes on Kabul and Kunar.
