Night attack on Taliban in Taloqan city; one killed and two wounded.
In the latest security incident in Takhar province, the Afghan National Mobilization Front claimed responsibility for the attack on the Taliban.
The group said in a statement that the attack was carried out by resistance forces at around 8:20 PM on Monday 14 October 2025, near Takhar University, in the sixth district of Taloqan city.
According to the details released, a Taliban Ranger vehicle was targeted by hand grenades in this operation, killing one Taliban fighter and wounding two others.
At the same time, the front released a video showing scenes of the Taliban presence and sending their reinforcements to the scene.
