Local sources in Ghazni province reported that the Taliban hanged a young man named Nosratullah Sultani in Jaghori district after his arrest and severe beating. According to sources, the incident occurred on Saturday, November 8, 2025, and the young man had been deported from Iran about two weeks earlier.
Sources added that after returning from Iran, Nosratullah Sultani was arrested by Taliban forces, subjected to harsh torture, and then executed by hanging.
