The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has announced in two separate statements that several Taliban members were killed in Herat and Kunduz provinces.

According to the statements, resistance forces carried out two targeted operations last night, October 10, 2025, eliminating multiple Taliban fighters.

In the first statement, the front reported that in the Herat-Islam Qala route, near the Herat slaughterhouse, they attacked a Taliban checkpoint, killing two militants and seizing two of their weapons.

The operation took place around 8:00 p.m., and no harm came to the resistance forces or civilians.

In the second statement, it was reported that the resistance forces struck Taliban members in the “Zanjir Charkhab” area of Khanabad District, Kunduz. Two militants were killed and one injured.

The National Resistance Front emphasized that these operations are part of their continued struggle to free the Afghan people from Taliban rule across the country.

In recent months, attacks against the Taliban by the National Resistance Front and the Liberation Front have increased in most provinces, while Taliban authorities have yet to respond.
