Powerful Explosion at a Taliban Checkpoint in Kabul.
Reliable sources report that a powerful explosion occurred at approximately 7:00 p.m. local time (Kabul, UTC+4:30) at a Taliban checkpoint in Police District 12 of Kabul.
According to these sources, the explosion took place near Pul-e-Shina, close to the Mohmand fuel station.
So far, no information has been released regarding possible casualties or material damage. Taliban authorities have also not issued any official statement as of now.
The incident comes amid a noticeable increase in attacks against Taliban forces in recent months, particularly in northern provinces of Afghanistan, where such attacks have reportedly inflicted significant casualties on Taliban personnel.
