According to sources, some guards and prison officials under Taliban administration are accused of exploiting vulnerable prisoners. They are reportedly threatening and pressuring the women. Families of prisoners are deeply concerned.
According to sources with relatives in the prison, guards secretly record videos of female inmates. The sources claim that the videos are then used to extort money or favors from prisoners or their families. This has placed women under intense fear, humiliation, and psychological pressure.
One source said: “My relatives are imprisoned; their honor and dignity are not protected.” Families of prisoners are calling for an immediate investigation by authorities and human rights organizations. They warn that if ignored, this situation could become a serious human rights crisis.
