Trump: Military Operation Against Iran Nearing Its End.
U.S. President Donald Trump said in controversial remarks that “there is practically nothing left to bomb in Iran.”
In an interview with Axios, he claimed that the strikes carried out have inflicted heavy damage on Iran’s military targets and that a large portion of those targets have already been destroyed.
Trump also stressed that the war with Iran could end soon. He said: “This war will end whenever I decide it will end,” adding that U.S. and Israeli military operations against Iran have progressed much faster than initially planned.
However, reports indicate that no formal decision has yet been announced to end the military operation, and clashes in the region are continuing.
Trump’s remarks come as tensions in the Middle East have reached one of their highest levels in recent years.
