National Resistance Front Claims Attack on Taliban Forces in Kabul.
The National Resistance Front (NRF) of Afghanistan announced that its forces carried out a targeted operation against Taliban fighters in Kabul on the evening of Sunday, June 14, 2026 , killing three Taliban members and wounding another.
According to the NRF, the operation was conducted at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Silo Road area of Kabul’s 5th Police District. The group also claimed that one Taliban military vehicle was destroyed during the attack.
In its statement, the NRF said the operation was completed without casualties among its own forces and without causing harm to civilians.
The group further stated that it will continue its targeted operations across different parts of Afghanistan as part of what it describes as its campaign against Taliban rule and its struggle for the country’s liberation.
