A decapitated body was discovered in Badghis.
Local Taliban sources in Badghis province say that the body of a decapitated person has been found in the province.
The Taliban security command announced on Sunday, August 16, that the body was discovered in the “Old Shells of Shabpashka” area of the fourth security zone.
According to the Taliban, the victim was stabbed to death and his identity and relatives are still unknown.
The perpetrators and motive for the murder have not been clarified.
In recent weeks, similar cases have been reported in Badghis and Herat, raising concerns about the increase in mysterious killings and insecurity in these areas.
