Sources added that the person’s name is Hayatullah, and he is a member of the Taliban group and the brother of Mawlawi Habibullah, the head of the group in Takhar.
According to sources, Hayatullah entered a residential house in the village and wanted to rape a 17-year-old girl, but the girl made a noise and was severely injured with a knife.
