Afghan woman stabbed to death in Turkey.
A 29-year-old Afghan woman named Shaba was stabbed to death in her home in the Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir on Wednesday night.
Turkish police said the suspect in the incident was the victim’s ex-partner and was detained in the city of Sakarya.
Local media reported that the woman was a mother of four and had been living with her disabled son after a separation. The other three children were with their father. Following the incident, Turkish authorities have placed all four children under social protection.
The investigation and questioning of the suspect are ongoing.
