The child, who was present as a companion for a patient, was reportedly introduced to the medical section by a hospital staff member and then allegedly mistreated by several employees. Her identity is being withheld for security reasons.
According to her family, the child was discharged without proper care, and the hospital section was closed for several days. The family states that due to security fears, they cannot file an official complaint and are concerned that pursuing the case could lead to threats or pressure on their household.
Local sources indicate that in some northeastern provinces, including Takhar, cases of abuse and violence against women and children are underreported, and victims often cannot seek justice due to lack of support and potential risks.
