The Afghanistan Freedom Front has reported that four Taliban members were killed or wounded in an attack in Kabul. In a statement, the group claimed responsibility for the attack, describing it as part of its military operations against the Taliban.

According to the statement, the incident occurred at around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 near the Ariana fuel depot in the Tahiya-e-Maskan area, located within Kabul’s Fourth Security District.

The group said the target was a military Ranger vehicle carrying Taliban intelligence-affiliated forces.

The Afghanistan Freedom Front claimed that three Taliban members were killed and one was wounded as a result of the operation. Taliban authorities in Kabul have not issued any official comment on the incident, and the details have not been independently verified.
