Local sources in Baghlan province reported an explosion in the province.
According to local sources, the incident took place in Pul-e-Khumri city square on Wednesday and targeted a Taliban Ranger vehicle.
We have not received details of the casualties and damage caused by the blast, and Taliban officials in Baghlan have not commented.
This is while insecurity in the northern provinces has increased with the arrival of spring and heat. In the latest case, Kunduz province witnessed a similar incident on May 2, in which four people were killed and wounded.
