The Freedom Front has reported that eight Taliban members were killed or injured in two attacks carried out by its fighters in Kunduz and Badakhshan provinces. The group claimed responsibility in two separate statements and said that its fighters were unharmed.

According to the first statement, Freedom Front fighters attacked a Taliban checkpoint on Azadi Road in Kunduz city around 6:40 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2025. The group claims that two Taliban fighters were killed and one wounded, with no casualties among their own forces.

In the second statement, the group said it carried out a rocket attack on a Taliban center in the 7th security district of Fayzabad, Badakhshan later that evening. The clash reportedly lasted about 15 minutes, resulting in three Taliban killed and two wounded. Taliban officials have not commented on these incidents.
