Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister Serik Jumangarin arrived in Kabul on Monday (21 April) at the head of a high-ranking Kazakh delegation. Mr. Jumangarin is scheduled to meet and talk with Taliban officials and also participate in the Taliban-Kazakhstan trade fair scheduled to be held in Kabul tomorrow (22 April). Earlier, Abbas Araqchi and Ishaq Dar, the foreign ministers of Iran and Pakistan, also traveled to Afghanistan under Taliban rule and met and talked with Taliban officials.
