A massive explosion occurred in Rukh district of Panjshir province this Friday evening (October 3, 2025).
Local witnesses say that the explosion occurred around 5:50 PM and its sound was heard in different parts of the district.
So far, exact details about the type of explosion, possible casualties or the extent of damage have not been released.
Taliban officials in Panjshir have also not yet reacted to the incident.
