
National Resistance Front claims responsibility for attack in Bandar Imam Sahib, Kunduz.
The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan announced that its forces carried out a targeted operation last night against Taliban-affiliated individuals in Bandar Imam Sahib, Kunduz province.
According to the Front, the attack occurred around 6:30 PM on December 4 near the house of an individual named “Gul Jargzar” in the district’s second security zone. A Taliban “Toli” commander was reportedly injured, and several of his guards and associates were killed. The Front emphasized that no civilians were harmed during the operation, and all actions were carried out according to military and protective principles.
This incident follows two separate operations conducted by the National Resistance Front against Taliban members in Kunduz in recent weeks, highlighting the group’s increasing activity in northern Afghanistan.
