New clash between the Taliban and Pakistani forces in Spin Boldak, Kandahar.
Local sources in Kandahar province say that Pakistani troops have once again violated the ceasefire and targeted civilian areas in Spin Boldak district.
According to these sources, Pakistani forces have shelled at least three areas with mortars and heavy weapons.
The clash between Pakistani forces and the Taliban began this evening, Thursday, November 6, 2025, at around 5:00 PM, and both sides used light and heavy weapons.
Local witnesses say that gunfire can be heard from the border areas and that tensions on the border have increased.
This incident is happening while the third round of talks between the Taliban and Pakistan, mediated by Turkey and Qatar, is underway in Istanbul.
So far, no reports have been published about possible casualties in the clash, and officials from both sides have not commented on the matter.
