A powerful explosion in the Shahid Rajaee port of Bandar Abbas, Iran, has caused heavy damage to the port.

A spokesman for Iran’s State of Emergency Administration said in the latest news about the number of people killed and injured in the explosion in Shahid Rajaee port: So far, 4 people have been killed and 516 injured in the explosion.
According to Iranian state news agencies, the cause of the incident was the explosion of a fuel tank in Rajaee port.
