Six killed in Faryab traffic accident

A deadly traffic accident in Faryab province has killed six people and injured three others, according to media reports.

The incident took place in Dawlatabad district. According to Abdullah Muradi, spokesman for the Taliban’s Faryab police command, the victims include two women and three children were injured in the incident.

According to reports, the accident occurred when a Passo car collided with a Corolla. Driver negligence was cited as the main cause of the accident.

It is not surprising that traffic accidents in Faryab have claimed the lives of citizens many times.

Experts say the main reasons for these incidents are the deterioration of roads, speeding and carelessness of drivers, and poor traffic management by the Taliban.
