Taliban commander killed in Freedom Front attack in Kunduz.
The Afghan Liberation Front (AFF) says its forces have killed a Taliban commander in its latest operation in Kunduz province.
According to a statement issued on Thursday, October 16, 2025, the attack took place around 9:38 pm in Chahar Dara district and targeted a Taliban convoy on the way to Chahar Dara.
According to the Freedom Front, the dead man was Qari Khalid, a local Taliban commander who was targeted in Angurbagh area.
The Taliban have not yet responded to the incident.
