Tehran’s Missile Message to Washington; Khorramshahr 4 Becomes Operational.

Iran, in a rare and highly symbolic move, has officially announced the operational deployment of the advanced ballistic missile “Khorramshahr 4,” also known as “Kheibar.”

The missile has a range of 2,000 kilometers and the capability to carry a warhead weighing up to 1,500 kilograms, and according to military officials, it has been designed to penetrate modern missile defense systems.

This announcement, made amid an extremely tense regional environment, is being interpreted as a direct military message.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has confirmed that the missile is currently stationed in underground missile cities and has fully entered the operational cycle.

According to the IRGC, Khorramshahr 4 is part of Iran’s active deterrence doctrine and demonstrates that Tehran has not retreated from its defensive capabilities but has instead elevated them to a higher level, sending a message directly to Iran’s potential adversaries.

This development comes as tensions between Iran and the United States have reached their most critical and dangerous stage, where any miscalculation could lead to serious regional consequences.

At the same time, a sensitive meeting between Iranian and American delegations is scheduled to take place in Muscat on Friday, February 6, 2026, a meeting now overshadowed by Iran’s missile power display and one that has cast the future of nuclear negotiations into deeper uncertainty.
