Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced on Saturday (April 26) at the graduation ceremony of the country’s military academy that his country is ready to cooperate in an impartial investigation.
He called India’s accusation that it blames Pakistan for the Kashmir attack “baseless” and warned that any military action could lead to a strong response from Islamabad.
Shahbaz Sharif noted that India’s suspension of the Indus Water Treaty would be met with a decisive response.
He emphasized the determination of the rights of the people of Kashmir and called its people the “lifeblood” of his country.
In his speech, the Pakistani Prime Minister, referring to terrorist activities, emphasized that insecurity from Afghan soil continues.
