The Taliban once again called Panjshir teachers to take a religious exam.

Local sources in Panjshir province say that the Taliban have once again launched a religious exam for male and female teachers in the province.

According to them, this process was implemented today (Thursday) in a number of Panjshir schools and all teachers were required to participate in it.

A local source explained that the questions were mostly on religious topics such as “prayer surahs, prayer obligations, religious principles, tajweed and religious rulings.”

Those teachers who failed to answer correctly were “marked with a red pen” by the Taliban.

Sources confirm that this is not a new move by the Taliban and that such tests have been taken from teachers in Panjshir many times before.

This trend has raised concerns among teachers and students’ families, as they fear that similar pressures will negatively affect the quality of education in schools.
