The tragic self-immolation of a 20-year-old girl from Ghor; she was a victim of bullying and pressure from the Taliban.
Sources in Ghor say that a 20-year-old girl named Abida set herself on fire and ended her life in Darzab Nili village of the Tiyawara district of the province.
According to the source, the girl committed self-immolation when a member of the Taliban group wanted to “force” her to marry his brother.
