Two consecutive explosions in Kabul and Surobi; casualties reported.
Local sources reported two explosions in Kabul and Surobi district of Kabul province on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
In the first incident, a Taliban vehicle was targeted by an explosion in the Bustan area of Kabul city and caught fire.
According to sources, at least two Taliban members were killed in the explosion.
At the same time, an explosion occurred on the Kabul-Jalalabad highway in Surobi district, after which gunfire and heavy fighting were heard in the area.
So far, there are no details of possible casualties in the Surobi incident. These incidents are occurring while reports have been published in recent weeks of an increase in targeted attacks against the Taliban in different parts of the country.
The Taliban have not yet reacted to these two explosions.
