According to news sources, fire engines and ambulances were present at the scene, and emergency response measures were underway.

In a statement, the U.S. Embassy urged visitors not to approach the location until further notice and announced that embassy staff had taken shelter at their workplace.

The statement also called on U.S. citizens residing in Kuwait to remain in secure locations, review their personal security plans, and remain alert to any potential developments.

These recommendations were issued within the framework of precautionary security measures, and embassy officials emphasized that the situation is under monitoring.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of Kuwait announced that several U.S. fighter jets crashed this morning.

According to the ministry, the aircraft crews were rescued without serious injury and transferred to medical centers for medical examinations, and their general condition was reported to be stable.

Search and rescue operations began immediately after the incident, and Kuwaiti authorities stated that investigations into the cause of the events are continuing in coordination with the U.S. side.

Al Jazeera also reported that one F-15 fighter jet crashed in the city of Jahra, approximately 32 kilometers from Kuwait City.
