Unjustified Killing of Youths in Parwan.
Local sources in Parwan Province reported that Taliban forces killed two young men in Jabal al-Saraj District on Monday night, December 8, 2025. The incident occurred in the village of “Kucheh Payan,” near the Panjshir River.
The victims were identified as Wahid and Shakur, residents of the villages of Dubandi and Sangi Mohammadkhel in the Gulbahar area. They were farmers with no ties to any anti-Taliban group or individual.
The reason for the shooting has not been disclosed by the Taliban, who have not provided any explanation. Previous reports have highlighted the arrest, torture, and execution of youths by the Taliban, raising concerns among local communities and human rights organizations.
