Reports indicate that the Taliban have been collecting money from Afghan refugees at their consulate in the Iranian city of Mashhad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Tuesday, \u201c3 Saralan\u201d in an interview with some media outlets, informed sources confirmed that Mawlawi Nusrat, the refugee affairs attach\u00e9 at the Taliban consulate in Mashhad, is receiving 7 million tomans (about 5,600 Afghanis) from Afghan refugees in exchange for issuing exit permits without a queue.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the report, Nusrat does not receive these amounts through official channels, but through a network of commission agents who were appointed and introduced by him. This practice has raised many doubts about the transparency and legitimacy of the Taliban\u2019s activities outside Afghanistan\u2019s borders, especially in diplomatic centers.<\/strong><\/p>\n
