The incident took place on Saturday, 25 October 2025, in the village of Dawang in the Shahr-e-Bozorg district of Badakhshan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to sources, the clash began when the two sides had a disagreement over changing the course of the Amu River.<\/strong><\/p>\n
