Nabil: The Afghanistan destabilization plan has been reactivated.<\/strong><\/p>\n Former Afghan National Security Chief Rahmatullah Nabil has warned that Pakistan is again trying to activate the “engineered destabilization of Afghanistan” plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n He said the plan aims to use Afghan territory to create instability in Central Asia and Iran’s border areas. Nabil says recent visits by Pakistani military and civilian officials to Washington are a sign of the revival of the program.<\/strong><\/p>\n He added that abnormal movements were seen in Balochistan, Malakand, Bajaur and Waziristan, which had become training and establishment centers for the Khorasan branch of ISIS.<\/strong><\/p>\n Nabil stressed that Pakistan intends to use these networks to put pressure on the Taliban and gain points from the United States and some countries in the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n In contrast, countries such as Iran, India and Russia are ready to react to any action and even shift the scope of the conflict to Pakistan, he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n Nabil also reported increased Indian intelligence contacts with Kabul and secret visits by Chinese security delegations to Afghanistan, saying this was a sign of concern among countries in the region about Pakistan’s movements.<\/strong><\/p>\n He warned that Pakistan’s internal crises, including economic problems and increased attacks by the Pakistani Taliban, have put the country in a sensitive situation and that a repeat of the insecurity game in Afghanistan could have serious consequences, until the issue of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons security is raised again at the international level.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Nabil: The Afghanistan destabilization plan has been reactivated.
