Local sources in Badakhshan report that individuals affiliated with Qari Fasihuddin, the Taliban\u2019s Chief of Army Staff, violently assaulted a father and son named Nik Mohammad and Taj Mohammad in the Jurm district.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The incident occurred on Thursday, and both victims were taken to the hospital in critical condition. According to the sources, the attack was triggered when the victims\u2019 vehicle overtook the car of three Taliban members on the Jurm road. The attackers \u2014 brothers identified as Rozatullah, Rahimullah, and Kefayatullah \u2014 then assaulted the two men in Kataib village of the district.<\/strong><\/p>\n
