Pakistan Army spokesperson Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has stated that \u201cunprovoked\u201d gunfire by Taliban fighters toward Pakistani border units is enabling the infiltration of terrorist groups into the country. He said these actions have intensified insecurity along the shared frontier.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Geo News, Chaudhry told reporters on Friday evening that border protection is a mutual responsibility requiring cooperation from both sides.
