Confirmed reports indicate that tens of millions of Afghanis have been allocated to the Taliban\u2019s \u201c030 Directorate,\u201d an intelligence branch. Sources say the funds are used to advance intelligence programs, target individuals, and expand infiltration networks.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hafiz Hayatullah Zaker, known as \u201cShah Sahib Mubarak,\u201d the deputy of the 030 Directorate (GDI), plays a central role in these operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He and his colleagues have created dozens of fake accounts on X (formerly Twitter), using names of former U.S. military personnel and ex-members of Afghanistan\u2019s National Directorate of Security (NDS) to communicate with targets.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sources report that some individuals targeted are initially lured with payments of $500\u2013$1,000 to gain their trust.
