Taliban Education Minister Criticizes Interior Minister: \u201cDo Not Make Yourself Amir\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following recent critical remarks by Taliban Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani, Neda Mohammad Nadim, the group\u2019s Minister of Higher Education, emphasized the necessity of full obedience to the Taliban leader during a speech in Paktia province.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Referring to the structure of the so-called \u201cIslamic system\u201d promoted by the Taliban, Nadim stated that having more than one Amir in such a system leads to corruption, discord, and failure. He called on young people to follow the orders of Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada unconditionally.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These remarks come amid emerging signs of public disagreements among senior Taliban officials.
