Locals claim that companies associated with Haji Bashir Noroozi and Faisal Khorasani have monopolized water resources without regard for the villagers\u2019 needs. Those who have demanded access to water reportedly faced death threats from the companies\u2019 armed guards, endangering the lives of many residents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the residents, these companies, in collaboration with the Taliban, have seized control of vital water and food resources, making life in the district extremely difficult.
