Three senior Taliban officials in Faryab Damla Dawood Saadat (Head of University Coordination), Qari Ehsanullah (Head of Urban Intelligence Division 9), and Qari Asadullah (Head of Intelligence Division 7) were reportedly identified and detained by local residents on Thursday, December 26, 2025, at 12:30 a.m. local time, in the Char Samawat area of Maymana during an illicit gathering with four women.<\/strong><\/p>\n
