Strong Criticism by Naqibullah Faiq of Anwar-ul-Haq Ahadi\u2019s Remarks and the Dismissal of University Professors in Faryab.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Naqibullah Faiq, a political activist and analyst, strongly criticized recent remarks by Anwar-ul-Haq Ahadi and discriminatory actions in government and universities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He warned that ethnocentric policies are becoming institutionalized.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said non-Pashtuns are gradually being excluded from government and academic positions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Faiq, this trend shows that power, wealth, and management are being confined to one ethnic group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said a practical plan is underway to limit the participation of other ethnic groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Faiq reported that yesterday four professors at Faryab University were dismissed for ethnic reasons.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said the dismissals were mainly due to Uzbek and Tajik identity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He warned that similar actions may be occurring in other provinces.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said in the future non-Pashtuns may be barred from many government and academic roles.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Faiq described these policies as a form of Afghan nationalism and extreme ethnicism.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said they threaten national participation and collective capacity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Naqibullah Faiq called on fellow citizens to unite against these policies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He urged them not to remain indifferent to the destruction of national values and fair participation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He criticized public complacency and prolonged silence regarding discriminatory actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said only awareness, civil resistance, and unity can prevent the implementation of ethnocentric plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n
