These groups distribute various drugs, including powder, methamphetamine, tablet K, and hashish, in retail quantities, making them widely accessible and extremely affordable for consumers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reports indicate that these networks pay bribes to the police officials of Districts 8, 9, and 12 to continue their activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In return, the Taliban and local security forces take no action against them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a result, drug sellers continue their work without fear of arrest or legal consequences, supported implicitly by the Taliban through bribes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sources say that the first group in District 8 includes Nawid Walad Shirzada, Wahid Walad Mulla, Rohid Walad Shirzada, and others selling drugs in Karte Naw.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The second group in District 9 includes Qais Walad Spin Gul, Weis Walad Spin Gul, Ilyas Walad Spin Gul, Firdous Walad Spin Gul, and others.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The third group in District 12 includes Haroon Walad Mulla, Masood Walad Haroon, Hasib Walad Haroon, and Sameem Walad Haroon.<\/strong><\/p>\n
