Abdul Rab Rasul Sayyaf, a prominent jihadi leader, described the bombing as \u201chostility toward the Afghan nation and humanity,\u201d telling the Taliban that \u201cif you had wisdom and maintained unity with your people, no one would have dared to disrespect this land.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
