Juma Khan Fateh, a dissatisfied Taliban commander in Badakhshan Province, has rejected reports of a possible agreement with the Taliban leadership, saying he will not retreat from what he describes as a struggle against \u201ctyranny.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fateh said his recent positions are the result of serious disagreements with the Taliban leadership and that no political agreement or settlement has been reached.<\/strong><\/p>\n
