Two separate suicides in Khost in one day.
Local sources in Khost province report two suicides in one day. These incidents occurred separately in different areas of the province and both victims died.
According to information obtained, in one of these cases, which occurred on Sunday, August 03, a child named Noor Ahmad attempted suicide in the village of “No Motakhil”. The motive and reasons for this suicide have not yet been clarified.
Local sources emphasize that the second case also occurred on the same day in another area of Khost province, but details of the identity and motive of the second person have not yet been released.
The increase in suicides in different provinces of Afghanistan, especially among children and adolescents, has raised serious alarm bells regarding the psychological and social condition of citizens.
